Beta Reading:

As your Beta Reader, I will read your book with focus on plot, character development, and detail. I will deliver a reader report that includes constructive criticism and suggestions.

The reader report will include:

• Notes that highlight general structure, timeline, and plot.

• Characters - suggestions on character development and/or elimination of characters.

• Attention to dialogue and tone for authentic/realistic voice.

• POV- will ensure the POV remains consistent and clear throughout.

• My reactions to the overall book.

I will always provide a report that offers both constructive criticism and examples/useful suggestions. I guarantee the reader report to be a minimum of 1 page for my basic package and 2 pages for my standard and premium packages. Reader reports may be longer if that is needed to complete the job.

Copy Editing/Proofreading

Each manuscript is different. If you have any questions about word count or price, please contact me prior to placing your copy editing/proofreading order. I'm happy to add additional services, such as fact-checking, for an upcharge.

I have my B.S. in journalism as well as my M.A. in cultural anthropology. I have been through the editing/publishing process three times with my own books. I'm excited to help others accomplish their writing/publishing goals.
